什么是格子铺?

格子铺,你听说了吗?

格子铺是做什么的,你知道吗?

关于格子铺,市面上有很多的说法:

1. 直接者:用最少的钱,实现开店的理想

2. 比喻者:新时代的分租概念,就和现在最普遍的合租是一样的道理。。。。

3. 简单者:几十个或更多的年轻人共同组成一个新颖时尚的购物中心

4. 懂法者:每个租格子的人都是老板,拥有对格子店铺监督管理权利以及建设优化的义务。

5. 梦幻者:大家走在一起,共同打造一家超级铺子,让每个人都做超级老板!

格子店这名字,极具港味。但实际上,它们的雏形是五六年前的日本兴起的寄卖柜。原来的寄卖柜只是用来摆放寄卖者收藏的二手玩具,2006年,“寄卖柜”模式被引入香港,精明的香港人不断丰富它的内容、更新模式、改进服务方式,让格子店卖的不止二手玩具,更卖商家自家制作的产品、公司测试市场反应的新产品、罕有收藏纪念品,甚至变成展览柜和小型广告场。于是它便有了这么一个港味的名字。

格子店近几年进入内地,广州,上海,深圳等地首先出现了这样的售卖方式。而从今年开始,更多的城市也相继有了自己的格子店。

格子店一般在城市繁华中心地带的商铺内,放置统一尺寸大小的格子柜,任何人只需每月支付很少的费用(一般在100至300元之间),就可以租用一个柜子寄卖自己的物品,相当于拥有了自己的一个迷你实体店,而且不必自己经营,格子店的主人会代你经营看管,招呼客人。

作为一种全新的创业途径和购物模式,格子铺潜力巨大,很有可能走红国内。世界上一些发达国家,都有类似的店铺,通过分担成本,降低了开店的风险,受到许多小本创业者青睐。格子铺的兴起,将为许多初次“下海”的人,特别是打工一族,提供新的创业途径。

“商业激烈竞争催生了这种经营新模式。”有关业内人士分析,开设一个单店,需要考虑租金、装修、水电和工资等花费,投入成本很大。格子铺瞄准这块市场,通过分割空间、减少投资额、免费促销等,吸引加盟商。而齐全的货色,便宜的价格,也让格子铺倍受消费者欢迎。

不仅如此,格子铺还能成为网购的实体。在网上开店的人,可以租一格,把货寄卖在格子铺里,作为网店的补充形式。毕竟对许多货品来讲,单靠网上的图片展示不够真实,只有看到真正的商品,顾客才能对产品的质量做出判断。而格子铺还可以作前提市场测试。企业可以把产品放在格子里,测试市场反应。

甚至还有人建议,兴许格子铺还能发展成换客的集聚地,一些人将自己的物品寄放在此,发现有更好的物品,就进行交换。

关于格子铺,很多人发表了自己的看法。

还在工厂打工的吴某认为,“格子铺这种经营方式挺新潮,可以给想做生意的人一些空间,很有特色。而且因为投资小,格子成本低,又无需精心打理,许多打工一族都可以来租个小格子,一圆创业梦。”去年,她在朋友的介绍下,租了一个小格子,并开始精心打理。“将第一份工作做好,并从中体验到快乐”,是这位“老板娘”最大的心愿。

They describe Box Shops in different ways:

In 2006, the “Boxes Selling Concepts” is introduces in Hong Kong. It had been enriched its contents, modified and improved the services. What we see now is the Box Shops not only selling secondhand toys collections but also the products of Business products, new products of company to test the response from the markets, sometimes it even can be the exhibition cabinet or the advertisement field. Hence, it gets such a Hong Kong-ish name.
